Purpose

The purpose of the San Gabriel Valley Chinese Cultural Association (SGVCCA) Scholarship Awards is to recognize outstanding students for their commitment to and achievement in learning and spreading the Chinese culture, their overall academic achievement in school and their volunteer services to the community.
